Now Hiring - Front Desk/Administrative Sales Associate in Hermosa Beach, CA

The Solution is a Licensed Medical Group that focuses on Proactive Health and Personalized Nutrition. Services include Diagnostic Testing, Personalized Nutrition Regimen, IV Hydration, and intramuscular injections. We are looking for a professional, experienced and self-motivated individual to join our growing team at our Hermosa Beach location.

Successful candidate will be responsible for stellar customer experience, educating our customers about our products and services, and maintaining a relaxing environment for everyone at the facility. Responsibilities

• Providing stellar customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, and addressing questions
• Establish relationships with customers to grow and retain a customer base
• Help customers understand the benefits of our products and services
• Introduce to customers additional services and products that will amplify the positive impact of the services they receive
• Assist with promoting The Solution to our local and digital communities
• Driving member retention by following up with customers, scheduling future appointments, gathering customer feedback
• Maintain the facility ambiance
• Troubleshoot issues with the facility
• Keep record of inventory

Qualifications

• Experience with taking a lead on introducing customers to products and services
• Experience in providing excellent customer experience
• Interest in the world of healthy lifestyle, nutrition, wellness
• Excellent communication skills
• Social media skills are a big plus and are additionally compensated
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
